Low Calorie Homemade Tortilla Wraps

Low-calorie Tortilla Wraps
Here's my recipe for homemade tortilla wraps using everyday ingredients. I find it super cathartic to set some time aside and make these. I like that I know exactly what's in them. They work well for savoury or sweet dishes. I use them to make mini pizzas, wraps or a just a quick snack.
Ingredients
1 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp low-fat greek yoghurt
360g plain flour
pinch of salt
pinch of sweetener to taste (optional)
1 cup warm water
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Add the yoghurt and warm water bit by bit to the bowl and stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 16 equal parts and shape each into a ball.
Flatten each ball with a rolling pin until it's thin
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Place one tortilla in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip the tortilla and cook for an additional 30-60 seconds until lightly browned.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas, stacking them on a plate as you cook them.
Allow the tortillas to cool slightly before using as a wrap.
